Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bookmark Plus mobile application (the "App") operated by Gold Group Consulting Services, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Bookmark Plus is a reading companion app that allows you to track your reading progress and receive AI-generated summaries of books. The App also provides book search, barcode scanning, cover photo identification, and Goodreads import features.
You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The summaries provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as reading aids only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Summaries should not be used as a substitute for reading the original work.
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user data and third-party book metadata), is the property of Gold Group Consulting Services, LLC. Book metadata and cover images are provided by third-party services and remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
